Above and Beyond Program

Transitioning to Assisted Living can be an overwhelming experience for both the resident and their family members. We have created a program to make the experience stress free. Our services can be packaged or offered a la carte. We provide all of the vendors and coordinate their services, and we pay all of the upfront costs, so you can concentrate on what matters, getting settled into your new location.  Costs are due at the final sale of your home. Services offered include:

• Moving - We will gently pack up the house and move your belongings into your new accommodations. We can donate any items that no longer fit into your lifestyle.
• Cleaning - We provide professional cleaners to come into your home to make sure the place is spotless and attractive for sale.
• Caring - We want you to be happy with your transition and will take into consideration the sentimental value of your personal mementos. We will provide the human-touch for this emotional change in your life. Working with us, we consider you family.
• Pricing - We customize the price of services based on the client’s needs. There will be no upfront expenses. All costs are paid at closing.
